Marketing Your WebsiteAfter you've launched your website you need to start thinking about how
you will attract people to your website; to increase sales or increase
exposure. You need to
start thinking about who you want to attract, what will attract new customers, and how you want
to retain existing customers. Marketing your website is the next step.

Email Marketing
We
will create an HTML email template for you, so that you can email your prospects as often as required. This can
be used in conjunction with lists gathered by your website (lists you
already own) or we can even acquire a list on your behalf. We have dedicated email marketing tools and servers based in the UK, which means we can
maximize the successful delivery of your marketing messages.
Our dedicated high bandwidth servers can send out marketing emails as
often as you wish, and track them in a number of ways. We can produce a
report which shows how many subscribers received the mail, how many
opened it, and even which web links were clicked in each mailing. It
also handles unsubscribe requests and maintains live subscriber and IP
data which is now required by direct mail marketing legislation.
We are happy to provide you with direct access into the system in
order to track these statistics, or we can produce a bespoke report for you
after every campaign. The system will also integrate into Google Analytics,
to give even more information about visitor activity and the efficiency
and success of each mailing.
Google Pay Per Click Setup and Management
With your
help we will research the market for the most appropriate adwords to
target and review whether they are the most cost
effective. This is performed by comparing the number of results
returned for each adword vs its cost. A company may compete for a
popular term amongst millions of results when it could be more cost effective
to target a lesser used term. i.e. its better to be a big fish in a
small pond rather than a small fish in a large pond.
We
have invested in technology which automates much of the bidding
process, this means that once set up there is a lot less day to day work required. We can also take
advantage of Google's administrative tools to spread budget
across the day and target specific geographical locations. This ensures that your marketing budget is spent wisely at the times and places that are best
for you.
Website Usage Analysis and Reporting
Perhaps
the most important part of any successful website and marketing
campaign. Only by continuing to test and measure results, and by
adjusting your spend across the various techniques, can we
help you to maximise your results and lower your overall marketing costs.
We
intend to test and measure the changes made to elements such as your home page and capture forms, so that we can hone in on the best presentation methods. We all know the theory, but it is important to test and measure as there may be an optimal combination for your website which vastly improve response
rates. e.g. for one client we found that moving the shopping basket to a prominent position and colouring it red increased response rates by over 25%.
